This container is for women who are ready to move forward after loss and begin leading their lives again, with grief present but no longer in control.
You’ve done meaningful inner work. You understand your story, your grief, and the ways loss has shaped you. What you’re seeking now isn’t more processing. It’s a way to live, decide, and build with steadiness and self-trust.
Private coaching is structured and practical. Together, we focus on rebuilding identity, strengthening self-trust, and establishing the rhythms, boundaries, and systems that support real life change. You’ll learn how to lead yourself again, calmly, confidently, and without abandoning what you’ve lived through.

How it Works:
We meet weekly for 60-minute private sessions over three months. This consistent structure provides both depth and stability as you move forward after loss.
Each session is intentional and grounded. We focus on identity, decision-making, and building a life that fits who you are now. Sessions are used to clarify what matters, address what’s getting in the way, and establish clear next steps you can take between calls.
Twice monthly, you’ll receive an in depth follow-up outlining key insights, decisions made, and practical actions to support integration and progress in your daily life.
Week by week, the work builds. Insight turns into movement. Movement becomes steadiness. Over time, you develop the confidence, self-trust, and structure needed to lead your life forward with care and consistency.
You will have access to email support in between sessions, as well as access to the private community.
