I'm a grief & transformation coach for women and founder of Life Interrupted Foundation. I specialize in grief, identity and empowerment coaching. Three weeks before my wedding, my fiancé died. I didn’t just lose him - I lost the future I thought was mine.

But I refused to stay broken. I rebuilt. I chose joy, freedom, and desire - right alongside my grief. And now I help women do the same.
