THE PROCESS
How it Works
My framework is built around High Agency: the practice of moving from self awareness into self leadership. It begins with identifying where you are outsourcing your power: in relationships, money, decision making, validation, fear or identity. From there, we rebuild from the inside out. We strengthen nervous system stability, elevate standards, clarify non negotiables, and replace reactive patterns with disciplined ownership.
The second layer is authorship. You learn how to interrupt inherited patterns and consciously design your life instead of defaulting to it. We refine boundaries, reestablish relationship dynamics, restructure decision making, and align ambition with integrity. You stop negotiating yourself down to feel chosen. You stop waiting for certainty before moving. You learn how to act from clarity instead of emotion and how to regulate yourself instead of outsourcing stability to outcomes or people.
The result is clean self leadership. You become decisive without being reactive. Your standards become embodied instead of aspirational. Your relationships shift because you shift. A 45-minute paid discovery session designed to establish clarity, trust, and alignment. We assess where you are, where you want to go, and whether private coaching is the right next step. If we move forward into private coaching, the full cost of this session is applied to your first month.

An ongoing one-to-one partnership with a three-month minimum commitment. This work is designed for women ready to lead themselves at a higher standard in relationships, identity, and decision making.
Tier I: Weekly Support
High-touch, weekly private sessions for accelerated identity shifts and real-time agency upgrade. Designed for women navigating significant transitions or ready for rapid elevation.
Tier II: Biweekly Support
Structured, biweekly sessions focused on integration, accountability, and steady leadership development.
